It's an entirely new way of looking at how we understand and navigate the world.
It's a way to create results that the world believes are fundamentally IMPOSSIBLE.
And to make those results seem EFFORTLESS and INEVITABLE.
You know your history, you know the story of why you are what you are. You know the struggles, the traumas, your Batman Origin Story. You've worked through it - or most of it - with years of therapy and coaching and the like. But it always feels like there's more work to do.
You know your path in life, what you're meant to do... but you're not on that path right now. Things are not adding up the way they ought to. You should feel more fulfilled, be more successful, living a better life. But something's off - and you know it has to be you. You just can't put your finger on HOW.
It doesn't make sense - you've read all the books, you've been to the workshops. You know what to do and how. You meditate, journal, do affirmations. Maybe you've even done psychedelics, gone down the spiritual path. You should be healed, complete... able to be Fully You. But you can't.
There's a reason for that. If we can't get our needs met when we're young, we inevitably create four very specific beliefs.
Something is wrong with me.
With everything that goes wrong, we're always the common denominator. We don't have control over anything else, so we start fixing ourselves.
I'm not good enough.
If there's something wrong with us, if we're the problem, we can't be good enough. We don't measure up... and we can't until we fix ourselves.
I don't deserve good things.
People give us what they feel we deserve... and if we're not good enough, we don't deserve it. We won't be able to get what we need.
Emotions are painful.
We experience so much negative emotion if we can't get what we need. It's chronic, overwhelming, and we can't escape it.
Our minds see the world through two lens at all times - the EMOTIONAL as well as the rational. Those Toxic Belief are a self reinforcing SYSTEM of EMOTIONAL beliefs, not rational ones. An entire second set of beliefs. And since they're a system, we have to change ALL of them to change one of them.
Those beliefs are based on our mind picking up on a PATTERN of some kind - a series of events over time, not specific memories or moments. Changing what one event means to us doesn't change the PATTERN. That's why all the work we do to understand our past doesn't change those Toxic Beliefs.
Those beliefs, and the logic that created them, are locked deep in our subconscious mind. The usual tools can't reach them. We don't know what patterns our mind saw, or what it still sees. Because we don't know what those patterns mean to our mind and why, we can't know how to change them.
It's important to remember that those beliefs, the entire Toxic Belief System, was designed to keep us safe. To help us life the best life possible in those early days. Since you're still alive, those beliefs are working well enough. If they're not "broken", there's no reason to change them. Thriving is not it's job.
We have to build a new SYSTEM of beliefs. One that completely replaces the old ones. One that gets us out of our own way FOREVER.
There's nothing wrong with me, and there never was.
You were never the problem. If you're in an environment where you can't get what you need, it's never about you. Never what you did or didn't do. The game was rigged from the start... but you're playing a different game now.
There's nothing to heal,
and there never was.
Negative emotions - even intense ones - ARE NOT PAIN. They're questions - your mind is showing you the challenge you're facing, and asking for help to solve it. So there's no wounds, never were.
I am good enough as I am to deserve whatever I choose.
If you need to fix or heal yourself, you're broken... and we know that broken things aren't valuable. That's now changed forever - so for the first time, we can create healthy self esteem and worthiness.
I don't have to prove that to anyone, not even myself.
But if we're measuring our worth, our value, the answer can always be "not enough". Instead, it simple becomes a choice you make. A choice you don't have to justify to anyone - not even yourself.
Deep, guided trance work allows us to gently access the subconscious mind. This lets us map out EXACTLY how those Toxic Beliefs were created, and EXACTLY the problems they're designed to solve. This tells us WHY those Toxic Beliefs were built to keep us safe, and what they're protecting us from.
We map out the entire chain of logic that created those Toxic Beliefs. What did you believe about yourself, and about how the world worked, that made it necessary to live that way? Why won't it let you live a different life now? Now, we know why it believes it's RIGHT - so we can finally prove it WRONG.
Then we take the Toxic Belief System apart - removing it from your mind PERMANENTLY. In it's place, we build the Optimal Belief System. We help your mind create a new chain of logic - drawing the CORRECT conclusions - that sets you free from everything that's held you back inside. PERMANENTLY.
Typically, we try to "reprogram" our subconscious mind. There's two problems with this approach. First, we can't force our mind to do anything it doesn't want to - and we've all experienced it. Which means we can't "program" it - we have to negotiate instead.
Second, we try to "reprogram" our mind by adding in a new belief of some kind. Money block? I deserve money. Can't succeed? Success comes easily. You get the idea. This just adds in a NEW belief without removing the OLD belief.
At this point, we now have two competing beliefs - and the OLD belief usually has a lifetime of evidence. Your mind will still see evidence this old belief is correct as you go through life, confirming the old belief is still "true". That's why it almost always reasserts itself over time.
My approach is different: we first map out and disprove the old belief. This PERMANENTLY removes it - our minds don't keep around beliefs we've proven false. This creates space for the new belief to be adopted. And since there's now only one belief, with no competition, it's not possible to backslide.
Finally, it's a matter of scale. By focusing on the high level systems, we're changing entire clusters of related beliefs. Typically, we focus on individual issues, problems, events... we're focused on the trees, not the forest. So the work we do is essentially proving an exception to the rule - not changing the rule itself. Moving up to the forest view allows us to change the rule instead.
